Local chef Paul Johnson recently presented a cooking demonstration and tasting at all three branches of the Rutherford County Library. Johnson prepared a compressed pickled watermelon salad for those who attended the adult program to try. Johnson is a graduate of the Art Institute of Charlotte and is owner of Paul Andrew's Personal Chef Services.
