LoVada “Bunny” Hayes, age 84

LoVada “Bunny” Hayes, age 84, of Forest City passed away Monday, March 9, 2015. 

She was a native of Thompson, Georgia and daughter of the late William Logan Hayes and Annie Laura Hayes. Bunny was a graduate of Cool Springs High School, a member of Main Street Baptist Church, a teacher at Rutherford County Vocational Workshop as well as teaching classes at Isothermal Community College and was employed by DCI where she received the handicapped worker of the year award.

Left to cherish her memory is a sister Famey Nanney of Forest City as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and aunts.

Funeral services were held at Main Street Baptist Church with the Rev. Rick Brewer and Rev. John Greene officiating. Burial held in the Spindale City Cemetery.

Crowe’s Mortuary is assisting the family.
