Lt. Huckabee receives Advanced Law Enforcement Certificate

Forest City Police Chief Jay Jackson recently presented Lt. Huckabee with his Advanced Law Enforcement Certificate. The Advanced Law Enforcement Certificate is the highest level of professional certification issued by the North Carolina Department of Justice to police officers. The Advanced Law Enforcement Certificate is awarded to officers who have completed the required years of service, professional training and continuing education.

In a letter by Director Stephen G Combs to Lt. Huckabee, Comb's wrote "May I be the first to offer you congratulations on the attainment of the most significant award. Your dedication to your chosen profession is evidenced in the fact that you are one of a very select group of officers to receive this honor."

Chief Jackson commented, "I would like to congratulate Lt. Huckabee on his continued career development. It was definitely and honor to present him with his Advanced Law Enforcement Certificate. We are very fortunate to have him at Forest City Police Department."
