Lucille Wiles Gilbert, age 91

Lucille Wiles Gilbert, age 91 of Spindale, passed away on December 4, 2016.

Lucille was the daughter of the late Ed Wiles, and Grace Leonard Wiles. She was a member of Spindale Church of the Brethren and retired from Rutherford Hospital.

Left to cherish her memories are her husband of 70 years, Charles Gilbert; son Randy (Marie) Gilbert of Sunshine; son Rick (Yeping) Gilbert of Gilkey; two granddaughters; three great grandchildren; a twin sister Louise Wiles of Marion, VA; a number of nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents Lucille was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.

Services were held at The Church of the Brethren in Spindale, Rev. Russell Payne officiated. Burial is private.
