Mamie Kiser, 84, a resident of Willow Ridge Nursing Center, Rutherfordton, passed away on Wednesday, November 23, 2011.
A native of Rutherford County, she was born on February 11, 1927, a daughter of the late Clarence M. And Bertha Mae Huffman Hutchins.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Paul Reid Kiser; one brother, Samuel James Hutchins; one sister, Vangie Trout.
She is survived by two sons, Michael Reid Kiser and Clarence William Kiser both of Forest City; five daughters, Sheila Huckabee, Christine Dobbins, Angelina Hernandez, Kay Miller and Margie Sheppard all of Forest City; one brother, Carace Hutchins of Forest City; four sisters, Dorothy Walker of Forest City, Ella Coggriff of Detroit, MI, Louise Parris of Forest City, and Barbara Hutchins of Forest City; five grandchildren, Justin Dobbins, Haley Dobbins, Destiny Miller, Chloe Miller and Daconda Gainza.
