Margaret Rollins, of Forest City

Margaret Rollins, of Forest City, formerly of Spring Lake, NC, passed away Saturday, April 7, 2018.

Born in Forest City, she was a daughter of the late Cary Selvey McFarland and widow of the late Hugh Martin Rollins. Margaret was a member of Florence Baptist Church, Forest City, Spring Lake Order of the Eastern Star, Chapter 333 and the Cumberland County Shrinettes.

Survivors include her sisters, Martha Jean McFarland of Forest City, Peggy M. Harrill of Gastonia, Lottie M. McAbee of Gaffney, SC and Mary M. Hinkle and husband Mike of Charlotte.

Funeral services were held in the Florence Baptist Church. Dr. Bobby Gantt officiated. Interment followed in the Cool Springs Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Florence Baptist Church, 201 S. Broadway Street, Forest City, NC 28043.
