Marshall Dee Miller, age 77

Marshall Dee Miller, age 77, of Cliffside, passed away Monday, October 10, 2016.

Born on September 13, 1939 in Rutherford County, he was the son of the late David Earl Miller and Ida Mae Jenkins Miller. He was a United States Air Force veteran serving during the Korean Conflict.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Bud Miller, Rex Miller; and one sister, Roselle Burnham.

Survivors include his wife, Geraldine Weaver Miller; two sons, Derek Miller and wife Michelle of Concord, Jeff Miller and wife Lori of Indian Trail; two grandchildren; two sisters, Frances Grant and Linda Carver. He is also survived by Terry Von Watkins, who Dee considered his adopted son.

A memorial service was conducted at Harrelson Funeral Chapel with Reverend Dwayne Scruggs officiating.
