Martha Morrow Parker, age 93

Martha Morrow Parker, age 93, of Rutherfordton, passed away Monday, May 15, 2017.

She was the daughter of the late Clifford Morrow and the late Zettie Mathis Morrow and a native of Rutherford County. Martha was of the Lutheran faith. She attended Second Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by four brothers Broncel Morrow, Dazel Morrow, Howard Morrow and J. C. Morrow and two sisters; Marie Lail, Pam Hames. Her home place was the property that the Rutherford County Airport is located now.

She is also survived by one daughter: Judy Parker Stacy and her husband Paul of Columbus, NC. One grand-daughter.

The Funeral service was held at McMahan's Funeral Home Chapel with Paul Stacy officiating.

Interment was held at Eternal Hills Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice of Rutherford County or Meals on Wheels.
