Marvin W. Wright, age 77

Marvin W. Wright, age 77, of Rutherfordton, passed away Friday, September 4, 2015.

He was a native of Rutherford County and the son of the late Theodore Roosevelt Wright and the late Lula Searcy Wright. Marvin was a member of Cedar Creek Holiness Church. He was preceded in death by his wife Betty Conner Wright and one daughter Sandra Lynn Patterson.

He is survived by: Two Sons: Roger Wright and wife Marie of Rutherfordton. Ronnie Wright and wife Angie of Rutherfordton.

Five Sisters: Darcus Wilson and husband Tommy,

Hazel Mow and husband Dave. Helen Brown and husband Joe. Pat Dalton and husband Charles. Guynelle Vess and husband Reggie. One Brother: Wilbur Wright and wife Dorothy. Four Grandchildren: Brittnye Wright, Brandon Wright, Casey Wright and Joshua Wright. One Great-Grandchild: Masun Dean Wright.

The funeral service was held at Cedar Creek Holiness Church with Rev. Tye

Sorrow, Rev. Jack Crain and Rev. Paul Nelon officiating. Interment held at Cedar Creek Holiness Church Cemetery.
