Mary Sue Dale Ownbey, 98

Mary Sue Dale Ownbey, 98 passed away Tuesday, January 14, 2020.

Mary was the widow of the late Ray Ownbey and a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. Left to cherish her memory are her children; Jimmy Ownbey, Minnie Wallace and Kay Brooks. She is also survived by a number of grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

Mary was proceeded in death by her parents, Frank Dale and Tessie Clontz Dale, sons, William Ownbey, Tommy Ownbey, Dennis Ownbey and Donald Ownbey.

A funeral service was held at Crowe's Funeral Chapel. In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made in memory of Mary to Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, 130 Pleasant Grove Road, Rutherfordton, NC 28139.

Crowe's Mortuary and Crematory is serving the family.
