Max Randall Henson age 71

Max Randall Henson age 71 of Forest City went home to be with the Lord on Sunday October 19, 2014. 

A native of Rutherford County, NC he was a son of the late Rodney and Zennie Randall Henson, a retired supervisor with Duke Energy, a member of Sulphur Springs Baptist Church where he served as a deacon, former president of the Bessemer City Jaycees, a member of the Masons and an avid hunter and fisherman.  

Left to cherish his memories are his wife Margaret Woody Henson, one daughter Julie Harth, two sons Scott Henson and Greg Henson, one brother Ronald Henson, one sister Kitty Smith, five grandchildren Hunter Henson, Logan Henson, Tyler Harth, Carson Henson and Jada Henson, one great grandchild Aiden Henson and a host of other relatives and friends. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother Bud Henson.

Funeral services were held at Sulphur Springs Baptist Church with Rev. Ron Wilkins officiating. Concluding services took place at Eternal Hills. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Sulphur Springs Baptist Church 221 Sulphur Springs Church Road Forest City NC 28043.
