Melanie Queen Blackwell, 51

Melanie Queen Blackwell, 51, of Inman, SC passed away Thursday, October 1, 2020.

Born June 12, 1969 in Rutherford County, she was the daughter of Elizabeth Butler Queen and Ben Queen, Jr. and the wife of Timothy Brian Blackwell.

She is survived by her husband, Timothy Blackwell of Inman, SC; two sisters: Hope Queen Toney (Alvin) of Bostic; and Lora Queen Sibley (Chris) of Hope Mills, NC; and one brother, The Rev. Ben "Tripp" Queen III (Lissa) of Bostic; several nieces and nephews: 1 great niece, and 1 great nephew; her best friend, her father and mother-in-law, Ronnie Blackwell (Ann) of Inman, SC; and brother-in-law, Eric Blackwell (Dee) of Inman, SC.

Funeral services were held at Boiling Springs First Baptist Church, Boiling Springs, SC. Burial was held in First Broad Baptist Church Cemetery, Bostic.
