Mr. Alvin Roberson, 74, of Hillcrest Ave., Forest City, NC, passed away Saturday, August 7, 2010. A private graveside service will be held at a later time at Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery.
Mr. Roberson served our country in the U.S. Army.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Luther Columbus Roberson and Bertha Lawter Roberson.
He is survived by 1 sister, Donice Johnson of Cliffside; 2 nephews; 3 grand nieces; and 2 grand nephews.
