Mr. Darrell Maurice Short, 40, of 126 Victoria Drive, Ellenboro, NC, passed away Thursday, July 15, 2010. Services were held at Campfield Memorial Baptist Church. Burial followed in the church cemetery.
Mr. Short was preceded in death by his father, Jimmy Edward Short.
He is survived by his mother, Bonnie Summey Tesseneer of Grover, NC; his step-father, Richard Tesseneer of Grover; 1 son, Mya Short; 2 brothers, Eddie Short of Ellenboro, and Dwayne Tesseneer of Greensboro; 1 sister, Carol Short Arnold of Grover.
McKinney-Landreth Funeral Home, Cliffside, NC is serving the family.
