Mr. Edward Clarence Sprague age 87 passed away Monday, January 16, 2011. Graveside services were held at Mountain Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mr. Sprague served our country in the US Navy during World War II.
Mr. Sprague was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Sarrah Bennett Sprague.
He is survived by his wife Virginia Bennettt Sprague of the home; one daughter, Margaret Minarcik of NJ; two step-daughters, Janis Worsham and Debbie Morrissey both of GA; four grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; four grandchildren and two step-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of Punta Gorda, FL or to First Baptist Church of Cedartown, GA.
Crowe’s Mortuary & Crematory, Rutherfordton, NC is serving the family.
