Mr. Edward Glen Womack age 78

Mr. Edward Glen Womack age 78 passed away Thursday, April 26, 2018.

A native of Rutherford County he is the son of the late Howard G. and Lucille Camby Womack. He is a retired truck driver and attended Shingle Hollow Congregational Holiness Church.

Left to cherish his memories are his wife Faye Roper Womack; children Diane Womack Waters, David E. Toney and wife Sheila, Eric S. Womack and fiancée Catina; 5 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; sisters Opal Womack Crain and husband Darvin, Judy Womack Hill and husband Leonard, special friend Tony Sullivan, as well as a number of other relatives and friends. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a daughter Teresa Womack Lyda.

Funeral services were held at Shingle Hollow Congregational Holiness Church, Rutherfordton. Rev. Jack Crain, Rev. Bobby Brown, and Rev. Jamie Pascarella officiated. Burial was held at The Oak Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery.
