Mr Eugene (Gene) Nelson Brackett, age 50

Mr Eugene (Gene) Nelson Brackett, age 50, passed away on Friday, July 14, 2017.

He is predeceased by his father, James Brackett who passed away on September 23, 2015.

Gene leaves behind to cherish his memories his wife, Lorie Brackett; daughter, Krystal Melton and husband, Justin, daughter, Beth Mann and son, Cliff Mann; mother, Lela Brackett; two grandchildren and one on the way; sister, Carol Towery, Sister, Theresa Duffy and brother, Stan Brackett; numerous cousins and friends.

He enjoyed riding and fixing motorcycles, camping, riding up to the mountains on the weekends, hanging out and piddling around in his garage, making music and playing the drums with his friends. Most of all he loved spending time with family and friends. He will greatly missed by those who loved and knew him.

A Celebration of his Life was held at First Broad Baptist Church.
