Mr. James Richard “Ritchie” Allen, 65

Mr. James Richard “Ritchie” Allen, 65, of Rutherfordton, NC, passed away Saturday, August 23, 2010. A Memorial Service was held at Father’s Vineyard. 

Mr. Allen served our country in the U.S. Army.

He was preceded in death by his father, James Robert Allen.

He is survived by his wife, Brenda Lovelace Allen of the home; his mother, Louise Conner Hines of Forest City, NC; 3 sons, James Robert Allen and Matthew Allen, both  of Rutherfordton, and Justin Allen of Forest City, NC; 2 daughters, April Allen of Caroleen, and Jennifer Harris of Forest City; his step-mother, Joyce Hutchins of Forest City; 1 half-brother, Edward Hutchins of Forest City; and 13 grandchildren.
