Mr. John Billings “Bill” Kelly, Jr., 67, of Rutherfordton, NC, passed away Saturday, July 10, 2010. A Celebration of Life was held at Mr. Kelly’s Home.
Mr. Kelly is survived by his father, John B. Kelly, Sr. of Ashland, KY; and 2 brothers, Richard Wayne Kelly of Huntsville, AL and William Grayson Gallman of Ashland, KY.
Crowe’s Mortuary & Crematory, Rutherfordton, NC is serving the family.
