Mr. Oliver David Holland, 79, of Forest City, NC passed away on Sunday, February 27, 2011. Services were held at Joshua Baptist Church, Forest City, NC.
Mr. Holland was preceded in death by his wife, Mattie Pride Holland; his parents, O.D. Holland and Grace Lowery Holland; three sons, David Holland, Steve Holland and Glenn Holland.
He is survived by one son, Allen Holland of Forest City, NC; three daughters, Brenda Edward of Ellenboro; Maxine Miller of Henrietta, NC and Beverly Holland of Greensboro, NC; four sisters, Juanita Martin of Bostic, NC; Nancy Hollifield of Forest City; Tina Atchley of Charlotte, NC and Lena Mae Ledford of Ellenboro, NC; 17 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchildren.
McKinney-Landreth & Carroll Funeral Home, Cliffside, NC is serving the family.
