Mr. Ronald Bennett "Dozer" Winters, 59

Mr. Ronald Bennett "Dozer" Winters, 59, of Mooresboro, passed away Saturday, September 17, 2016.

Born September 6, 1957 in Raleigh, he was the loving husband to Kaye Baily Winters and the son of the late Richard Winters, Sr. and Polly Bailey Winters. He retired from the construction industry, was of the Baptist faith and an avid motorcycle rider. He proudly served our country in the United States Marine Corps.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughter, Farah Gwen Winters; step-son, Jeffrey Dunn; brothers, Richard Winters, Jr. (Loretta), Roy Winters (Lucy), and Rodney Winters (Cathy); and by many brothers and sisters in the biker community.

A memorial service was held with Sons of Thunder Motorcycle Ministry of Cleveland County Pastor, Kelly Dodson, Vice President, Mr. Junior Norris and the President of Biker Down Lifted Up Carolina Foothills Chapter, Mrs. Dana Eckard.
