Mr. Wayman “Gerald” Thomas, 58, of Rutherfordton, NC passed away on Monday, July 25. Services were held at Gilkey United Methodist Church. Burial was held in the church cemetery.
Mr. Thomas is survived by his wife, Linda Fincannon Thomas; his parents, John Madison Thomas Jr. and Glenice K. Thomas of Morganton; one daughter, Glenda Lee Thomas; one granddaughter; brothers, Roger Lamar Thomas of Morganton; John Madison Thomas III of Chattanooga; sisters, Jan Thomas Cheves of Apex and Mikki Thomas Baker of Morganton.
Memorials may be made to Gilkey UMC.
