Mr. William David Lynch passed away on Monday, August 15, 2011. Memorial services were held at Union Hill A.M.E. Zion Church in Union Mills.
Mr. Lynch was preceded in death by his parents, Will Lynch and Readie Francis Lynch Forney; and his sons, Frederick (Freddie) Lee McCoy and William Trone Lynch.
He is survived by his wife, Clarissa Lynch of Union Mills, NC, three daughters, Cristy Thompson and husband Gerald, of Fort Bragg, NC, Kimberly Lynch of Henrietta, NC and Monica Lynch of Jacksonville, Fl. Two sons, Javon Lynch and wife, Jessica of Old Fort, NC and Von J Cobb of Union Mills, NC and one daughter in law, Heidi Lynch of Forest City, NC; 10 grandchildren; his Step Father, John Forney of Union Mills, NC; four brothers, Gregory Lynch, Jeff Lynch and Gerald Lynch of Union Mills, NC and Kenneth Lynch of Lake Lure NC; five sisters, Kimberly Wilkerson of Rutherfordton, NC, Melissia Forney, Olivia Draper and Elouise Harrington of Union Mills, NC and Helene Ross, of Shelby, NC.
Crowe’s Mortuary of Rutherfordton, NC is serving the family.
