Mrs. Alma O. Watts, 85, of Caroleen, NC, passed away Tuesday, July 13, 2010. Services were held at Caroleen Baptist Church. Burial followed in Sandy Level Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Watts was preceded in death by her husband, Quillon Colon Watts; her parents, William James Lucas Hall and Gladys Eva Metcalf Hall; 1 son, Christopher Colon Watts; and 2 grandchildren.
She is survived by 2 daughters, Geraldine Hester and husband Horace Sr., of Ellenboro, and Karen Hill and husband Larry of Inman, SC; 3 sons, Jerry Lee Watts of Caroleen, Michael Ray Watts of Wadesboro, NC, and Tim Watts and wife Crystal of Caroleen; 1 sister, Agatha “Kat” Watson of Camarillo, CA; 9 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
