Mrs. Hazel Upton Greene, 83

Mrs. Hazel Upton Greene, 83, of 149 Mt. Pleasant Church Road, Forest City, NC went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, December 26, 2010. A Memorial Service was held at Chase Baptist Church.

Mrs. Greene was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Bud Greene; her parents, Jasper Upton and Edith Frazier Upton; 1 son, Jeff Greene; 2 brothers, Hub Upton and J.C. Upton; and 1 sister, Reba Walker.

She is survived by 1 son, Greg Greene and wife Beth of Forest City; 1 brother, Reverend Jack Upton; 1 grandson; and a host of nieces and nephews.
