Mrs. Louise Kiser Gibson, 84, of Rutherfordton, NC, passed away Wednesday, June 29, 2011. Services were held at Mountain Creek Baptist Church. Burial was held in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Gibson was preceded in death by her husband, William Lewis Gibson; and her parents, Henry Albert and Annie Lee Waters Kiser.
She is survived by 3 children, Carol Brittain of Hickory, Doug Gibson of Rutherfordton, and Ron Gibson of Richmond, VA; 9 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: Hospice of Catawba Valley, 3975 Robinson Road, Newton, NC 28658; or to: Mountain Creek Baptist Church, 710 Mountain Creek Road, Rutherfordton, NC 28139.
