Mrs. Mary Justice Church, 89

Mrs. Mary Justice Church, 89, of Rehobeth Church Rd., passed away Sun., Dec. 8, 2013. 

A native of Cleveland County, she was the daughter of the late Bevis and Minnie Wright Justice. She retired from Esther Mill after 38 years of service, and was a member of Union Baptist Church. She was a devoted and loving mother, who was known as a mother to all. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Jerry Justice; grandson, Skyler Day; and four brothers, Ralph, Bill, Rob and Hague Justice. 

She is survived by her loving husband of 69 years, Frederick “Bill” Church; two sons, Ron Church and Donnie Church and fiancé Karen White, all of Shelby; two daughters, Peggy Hulick and husband Wilson of Hickory, Vickey Grayson of Shelby; five grandchildren, Denise Terry and husband David of Belwood, Misty Yelton and husband Robert of Rutherfordton, Josh Church and wife Heather of Gaffney, Melissa Pittman and husband Wes of Hawaii, and April Grayson of Shelby; four great-grandchildren, Jared Terry, Kaylen Spirlin, Brody Church, and Hunter Moses. 

Funeral Services and burial were held at Union Baptist Church with Revs. Mike Shumate and Robert Rash.
