Mrs. Mildred Lou Ellen Hill Street age 71

Mrs. Mildred Lou Ellen Hill Street age 71 went home to be with the Lord on Thursday November 7, 2013. 

A native of Rutherford County she was a daughter of the late King and Barbara Buff Hill, widow of James Cecil Street and was also preceded in death by her brother William Spurgeon Hill, her son William Logan Street and her step daughter Brenda Gail Funderburk. She attended Shingle Hollow Congregational Holiness Church and was a homemaker and worked in the textile industry.

Left to cherish her memories are one son Eugene Street and wife Shannon, two step sons Chris Street, Charles Street and wife Judy; two step daughters Wanda King and Linda Hill, one brother James Manuel Hill, one daughter in law, Candace Street, four grandchildren, eleven step grandchildren, one great grandchild and eleven step great grandchildren.

A celebration of her life was held at Shingle Hollow Congregational Holiness Church with Rev. Jack Crain and Rev. Kurt Baker officiating. 

Crowe’s Mortuary is assisting the family.
