Nancy Hamrick Cole, age 88

Nancy Hamrick Cole, age 88, of Rutherfordton, passed away Wednesday, February 15, 2017.

She was the daughter of the late Rush Hamrick and the late Pearl Farr Hamrick. She was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church and was retired from the textile and furniture industries. She was also preceded in death by her husband H. Glenn Cole, one daughter Denise Cole Elliott, one sister Ruth Hill and one brother Pete Hamrick.

She is survived by one daughter: Trisa Cole Hines. One brother: William Lewis Hamrick. One grandson and three great-grandchildren.

The memorial service was held at McMahan's Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Michael Sepaugh officiating. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Holly Springs Senior Citizens Home; 1881 Big Island Rd. Rutherfordton, NC 28139 or to Shiloh Baptist Church; 1850 Poors Ford Rd. Rutherfordton, NC 28139. McMahan's Funeral Home and Cremation Service in charge of arrangements.
