Nelle Ware Dietzel Pogue, age 74

Nelle Ware Dietzel Pogue, age 74, of Spindale, passed away Sunday December 17, 2017.

Nelle was a proud native of Madison County Tennessee, a retired emergency dispatcher, attended Lambuth College and was the daughter of the late Robert Harris Dietzel and Brooksie Nelle Ware Dietzel and widow of the late Ray Pogue. Left to cherish her memory are her daughters Tracy (Eric) Aiken of Seatle, Wa., Terri (Ed) Toney of Bostic, 4 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; special friends Bruce and Pat Ruppe; sister Nancy (Walter) Brantley along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held at Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church. Rev. Paul White officiated. Burial followed in the church cemetery. Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Carolina Foothills P.O. Box 336 Forest City, NC 28043.
