Nellie Warren West, 82

Nellie Warren West, 82, of Union Mills, passed away Sunday, March 12, 2017.

A native of McDowell County, she was the daughter of the late John and Doria Holiman Warren. She was a retired nurse.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Paul West of the home; sons, Steve Franklin of Marion, and Mark Franklin of Bakersville; daughter, Judy Franklin Hall of Spruce Pine; five grandchildren; five great grandchildren; brothers, Edward Warren of Fuquay Varina, NC and Sonny Warren of Johnson City, TN.

Funeral services were held at Crowe's Mortuary with Rev. Billy Honeycutt officiating. Interment held in Mt. Vernon Baptist Church cemetery.

Crowe's Mortuary is assisting the family.
