New play area at KidSenses

Madison Summerville and Libbie Cook, both of Morganton, enjoyed visiting PetSenses, a children’s veterinarian office, at KidSenses recently. The play area, which opened in 2014, was funded by The Timken Foundation of Canton and Dr. Paul Hinkle. Children can use a stethoscope to listen to an animals’ heartbeat, take X-rays to see the animals’ bones, groom their animal and even see the “featured creature.”
