Nina Jean Morehead Stahl, 84

Nina Jean Morehead Stahl, 84, of Mooresboro, passed away on Wednesday, April 24, 2014. 

A native of Cleveland County, she was born on August 22, 1929, a daughter of the late Dwight Moody and Aurelia Bridges Morehead. She was a retired secretary and member of Sandy Run Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, George Daniel Stahl; one brother, Hugh R. Morehead; two sisters, Marion Graham and Nell Chatham. She is survived by her daughters, Carolyn Parrish and husband Douglas of Mooresboro and Susan Gordon of Grape Vine, Texas; one sister, Carolyn Lorenz and husband Donald of Irving, TX; her grandchildren, Lauren Parrish of the U.K., Matthew Gordon and Olivia Gordon, both of Grape Vine, TX. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Mrs. Stahl’s Life was held at Sandy Run Baptist Church with the Rev. Andrew Rawls and Rev. Tim Hendricks officiating. Burial followed at Sandy Run Baptist Church Cemetery.
