OFFICER SIMPSON RETIRES

The Rutherford County Sheriff's Office honored Officer Ron Simpson with a reception to acknowledge his retirement. Simpson worked at the Rutherford County Detention Facility more than eight years. Sheriff Chris Francis presented Officer Simpson with a plaque, and thanked Simpson for his dedicated service to the Rutherford County Sheriff's Office, Rutherford County Detention Facility and the citizens of Rutherford County. Simpson stated, "I'm just tickled to be able to retire."
