Ola Owana Ruppe, 82

Ola Owana Ruppe, 82, a resident of Willow Ridge, passed away on Monday, July 30, 2012.

A native of Cleveland County, she was born on May 15, 1930, a daughter of the late A.B. Ruppe, Sr. and Geneva Bridges Ruppe. She was retired from Cone Mills Corporation - Haynes Plant and was a member of Lavonia Baptist Church.

She is survived by her son, Danny Ruppe of Gaffney; one granddaughter, Shand Harvey and Husband Justin; two great grandchildren, Landi and Lyndzi Harvey; her special friends, Rae and George Jolley. 

Funeral services were held at Lavoia Baptist Church with the Rev. Buddy Morehead and Rev. David Slatton officiating. Burial followed at Lavonia Baptist Church Cemetery.
