Paul Phillip Payne, age 62, of Forest City passed away on June the 10th 2013. Paul was the son of the late Phillip Weldon Payne, and Lucille Payne. Left to cherish his memory are sister Pam Bunch of Forest City, sister Claudia Ganshaw of New York, brother Robin Eugene Payne of Forest City, and brother Mark Thomas Payne of Henrietta, NC. Paul was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Forest City, and a graduate from Isothermal Community College. Paul loved taking care of animals, and often spent time feeding the deer and birds around his home. Services are to be private.
