Rafael O. Garcia, age 53

Rafael O. Garcia, age 53, of Gaffney, SC, passed away  Monday, September 23, 2013.

Rafael was born April 30, 1960 in Caguas, Puerto Rico to the late Tomas Oyola and Maria Garcia. He was worked in the salvage industry.  Rafael was a hard worker and when time allowed it, he also enjoyed fishing.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Andres Garcia and Pedro Garcia.

Survivors include his wife of twenty-one years, Xilma Ramos; son, Rafael Ramos, Jr. of the home; two brothers, Carlos Garcia and Luis Garcia; two sisters, Carmen Garcia and Sonia Garcia.

A graveside service was conducted at the Frederick Memorial Gardens in Gaffney, SC.
