Randy Lee Henson, age 60

Randy Lee Henson, age 60, of Rutherfordton, passed away Saturday, September 8, 2018.

Born June 6, 1958 in Rutherford County, he was a son to the late Luther Phillips Henson and Jessie Rice Henson. He worked for John H. Montgomery Mill in Chesnee for many years and was an avid NASCAR and drag racing fan.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four sisters, Vivian Blanton, Mary Ann Burgess, Andrea Tucker and Linda Reid; three brothers, Dale, Doug and Hoyle Henson.

Survivors include one brother, Steve Henson of Danieltown and a host of nieces and nephews.

A celebration of Randy's life will be held on a later date.
