Raymond Vincent Hartnett, Jr., 69

Raymond Vincent Hartnett, Jr., 69, of Forest City, passed away on Saturday, January 10, 2015. 

A native of Boston, Massachusetts, he was born on March 28, 1945, a son of the late Raymond Vincentt Hartnett, Sr., & Cecilia Cottreau Hartnett. He was a retired machinist & a United States Navy Veteran. He was a member of the Mansfield Fish & Game Club, a 31 year member of the American Legion, & was a member of St. John’s Catholic Church in West Roxbury. He loved spending time with his grandchildren & family.

He is survived by his wife, Joanne F. Downey Hartnett; his daughters, Sharon M. Watterson & husband Jeffrey of Mansfield, MA, Susan R. Scarpellini & husband Eric of Huntersville, & Debra A. Goforth & husband Andrew of Forest City; his grandchildren, Mariah R. Watterson, Joseph E. Scarpellini, Vincent J. Scarpellini, Chyanne J. Hutchins & Emma R. Goforth.

At the request of the family, no formal services will be held.
