Reverend Herbert Milton Walker, 70

Reverend Herbert Milton Walker, 70, a resident of Oak Grove Healthcare Center, Rutherfordton, passed away on Monday, October 21, 2013. 

A native of Boston, Massachusetts, he was born on February 24, 1943, a son of the late Gertrude Walker. He was a retired salesman and an ordained minister. Rev. Walker was a member of Pilgrim Holiness Church of New York.

He is survived by one half sister, Kathy Walker; three sons, David Walker and wife Darla of Rutherfordton, Daniel Walker and wife Jennifer of Indiana, and Dennis Walker of Mississippi; his grandchildren, Christian, Caleb, Kiernan, Nicholas, Garrin, Benjamin, and Jesse Walker.

At the request of the family, no formal services will be held.
