Rita Faye Hutchins Vess, 61

Rita Faye Hutchins Vess, 61, of Rutherfordton, passed away Thursday, June 13, 2019.

A native of Rutherford County, she was the daughter of the late Edgar Lee and Katherine Ramsey Hutchins. She was a mailroom clerk at Tanner. Rita loved her pets and was a loving and caring grandmother.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Wayne Vess; daughter, Marisha Stainback-Rhodes; stepson, Rob Vess; stepdaughters Nikki McRee and Erin Baker; five grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandson.

Memorial services were held at Crowe's Funeral Chapel.
