Robert “Bob” Lane, 73 of Bostic, NC passed away on Thursday, June 9, 2011. Services were held at Harrelson Funeral Chapel. Interment was held in Cedar Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery.
Mr. Lane served in the Air Ntaional Guard for several years.
He was preceded in death by by his wife of 29 years, Aleta Jane Lane and his father, Kenneth Graham Lane.
He is survived by his mother, Maude Hollifield Lane; two daughters, Leta Lane Wellman and husband, Perry Ray of Bostic and Tracy Lane Gugel and husband, Ronald of Richmond, KY; one son, Robert Kenneth Lane, Jr of Charlotte; one sister, Cynthia Lane Blue and husband, Danny of Bostic. He is also survived by four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Harrelson Funeral Home, Caroleen, NC is serving the family.
