Robert Ellis, 77

Robert Ellis, 77, of Forest City, passed away Monday, April 17, 2017.

A native of Cleveland County, he was the son of the late Paul and Mary Elizabeth Grigg Ellis. Robert was a retired meat cutter.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife Ann Willis Ellis of the home; sons Randy Ellis of Charleston, SC and Ricky Ellis (Brian Martz) of Indianapolis, IN; stepdaughters Angela Blanton (Tracy) of Mooresboro and Donna Albea (Lewis) of Forest City; stepson Shannon Shaw of Mooresboro; eight grandchildren; four great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three children and two grandchildren.

Memorial services were held at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church with Rev. Bob Philbeck officiating.

Crowe's Mortuary is assisting the family.
