Robert Eugene Morrison, age 68, passed away on Thursday March 1, 2018.
Robert was the son of late Danny Lee Egich and Mary Jane Egich. In addition to his mother, Robert is survived by a daughter Tammy Sides (Randall) of Mooresville, three grandchildren whom he loved and cherished; and a sister Cynthia Bickey of Beckley, WV; Robert had many dear friends he loved and enjoyed being with.
A memorial service was held at Lake Lure Baptist Church. Rev. Anton Roos officiated. Military honors were provided by the NC National Guard Honor Guard. Memorials may be made to Lake Lure Baptist Church, 6837 US-74 ALT, Lake Lure, NC 28746.
Crowe's Mortuary is assisting the family.
