Ruby Norman Huskey, age 88, of Henrietta, passed away Friday, November 18, 2011.
Services was held at Rutherford County Memorial Cemetery.
Ruby was born on July 6, 1923 in Cherokee County, SC to the late Robert Norman and Julia Morris Norman.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Charles Fletcher Huskey; one grandson, James Huskey; five brothers, Max Norman, Roy Norman, Summie Norman, Lester Norman, James Norman and two daughters, Pauline Watterson and Mary Reed Conner.
Survivors include two sons, Steve Huskey of Mooresboro and Mike Huskey and wife, Nancy of Raleigh; one sister, Margaret Smith of Kings Mountain; three grandchildren, Stephenie Dobbins, Brian Huskey, Cameron Huskey; four great-grandchildren, Faith Dobbins, Cody Dobbins, Caroline Huskey and CeCe Huskey.
Memorial donations are suggested to the Alzheimer’s Association, POB 96011, Washington, DC 20090-6011.
