Ruth Greene Marshall, age 89, formerly of Spindale, passed away Tuesday, February 14, 2012.
Funeral services were held at Crowe’s Funeral Chapel.
A native of Cleveland County, she was the daughter of the late Charlie W. and Massie Bridges Greene.
She is survived by her daughter Wanda M. Horvath of Newton; son James I. Marshall of Kingsport, TN; four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Marshall. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Catawba County, 3975 Robinson Road, Newton, NC 28658.
