Tina Tucker has joined Rutherford Regional Health System as Director of the Emergency Department.
Tucker comes to Rutherford Regional from Upstate Carolina Medical Center in Gaffney, S.C., where she served as an assistant director. Tucker has many years of emergency department experience, as well as two years of experience working on the Surgical Trauma Intensive Care Unit at Carolinas Medical Center. She is currently working on her master of science in nursing at Gardner-Webb University and has basic life support, advanced cardiac life support, pediatric advanced life support and trauma nursing core course certifications. She is also a member of Emergency Nurses Association and American Trauma Society.
