Winning tablescape: Birds & Blooms.
The Rutherfordton Garden Club created a variety of themed tablescapes using flowers and other plants at the Rutherfordton Clubhouse on Monday, March 12.
Garden Club members worked together in teams with these five themes:
Birds & Blooms, Spring is Sprung, Steeple Chase, Afternoon Tea, and Romantic Evening.
Two judges, Jane Cline and Dorothy Parker, had the difficult job of choosing an overall winner. The winner of a cash prize for dinner out together as a team was "Birds and Blooms."
