Scotty Everette Fowler, age 57

Scotty Everette Fowler, age 57 of Union Mills, passed away Monday, August 14, 2017.

Scotty was a native of Rutherford County, a retired forklift operator, member of Spencer Baptist Church, an avid NASCAR fan and a very accomplished carp fisherman.

Scotty was preceded in death by his wife Kathy Sisk Fowler, his parents Newell Richard and Juanita Ester Bridges Fowler, his brothers Michael and Billy Joe Fowler and sister Vicky Butler.

Left to cherish his memory are his children Brittany Butler and Shane Fowler; three grandchildren and a brother Ricky Fowler.

Funeral services were held at Spencer Baptist Church with the Rev. Bruce Caldwell officiating. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Spencer Baptist Church.

Scotty leaves behind memories of being a loving father, grandfather, brother and friend to many. He was always happy and brought great joy wherever he went. Scotty you will always be loved and remembered.
