Selma Faye Bright Jones, age 88,

Selma Faye Bright Jones, age 88, of Spindale, passed away on Monday, March 9, 2020. Selma was the daughter of the late William Justice Bright and Ida Pool Bright, and was the wife of the late Gideon Price Jones.

Left to cherish her memory are daughter Cynthia Jones of Spindale, Daughter-in-Law Debra Matheny Jones of Rutherfordton, one grandson, one granddaughter, two great grandsons, brother Ted Bright of Marion, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Selma was preceded in death by her son, Jerry Gideon Jones, her brother William "Brother" Bright, and sisters Wilma Reel, Willie Mae Davis, and Betty Ann Whitson.

Services were held at Spencer Baptist Church. Burial followed at Eternal Hills cemetery.
